Network Solutions社（以後、NSI)は、NSIのデータベースで管理されているドメイン名のうち、不正確な情報が登録されている可能性のあるドメインの登録者に対して、登録者のメールアドレス宛に、登録内容の確認のためのメールを届けてくることがあります。

これは、WHOISに登録されているお客様のドメイン情報が正しいかどうかの確認・訂正を要請するメールです。登録情報が正しくない場合には情報を訂正するようにという要請が含まれています。今すぐに、WHOISにて、お客様のドメインの登録内容をご確認下さい。

もし登録情報に誤りがある場合には、ドメイン管理サイトの[ドメイン管理画面][ユーザー登録内容修正]より、お客様ご自身で変更をお願いします。ご自身で情報の訂正が出来ない場合は、弊社までご連絡ください。

※管理画面へのログインには、ドメイン管理用の[ユーザーID]と[パスワード]が必要です。

 ドメイン登録時には電話番号が記入不要だった場合(2002年以前に登録されたドメインはその可能性があります）、現在入力必須項目である電話番号は仮番号999-999-99 で登録されています。これは不正確な情報とみなされる危険性があります。

NSIはこの通知メールにて、ICANNの方針に基づき〔不正確な情報が登録されているドメインは、休止または削除の対象となるかもしれない〕と警告しています。
